Health Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Company medical insurance coverage (CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield) after a successful completion of the initial employment of 60 days. Employees not accepting insurance coverage after initial employment may not be eligible again until an open enrollment period.
RCM covers a portion of the employee coverage. In addition, employees can elect to enroll dependents, family, spouses and domestic partners.

Group Life Insurance
All full-time exempt and non-exempt employees are enrolled in the Company sponsored Group Term Life Insurance Policy at no cost to the employee after successful completion of the initial employment of 90 days. An employee is covered for the duration of their employment with RCM of Washington, Inc.
Accrued Sick and Safe Leave
All full-time employees are eligible for paid sick time. Eligible employees shall accrue 2.34 hours of paid sick leave during each pay period (56 hours per year) in which employee is on paid status. Part-time employees accrue vacation leave, which may be used for sick time.
Vacation Leave
All employees are eligible to accrue vacation time. Full-time employees accrue 3.33 hours per pay period (80 hours per year). All part-time employees who work twenty (20) hours per week accrue 1.67 hours per pay period. Eligible employees may accrue and hold vacation time in an amount not to exceed one hundred sixty (80) hours.
401K Plan – Principal Financial Group
Any employee working over 1000 hours per year will be eligible to participate in the Company sponsored 401K retirement plan after 1 year of full-time employment. Enrollment will be held quarterly as outlined in the Adoption Agreement. Additional information can be located on the Principal Financial Website www.principal.com. The Company sponsored 401k program will make a Safe Harbor Matching Contribution on your behalf equal to a dollar for dollar contribution on the first 4% of your taxable compensation that you defer. You are 100% vested in this safe harbor Company contribution.
Tuition Reimbursement Education Plan
All full-time exempt and non-exempt employees may be eligible for tuition reimbursement after six months of continuous employment. All courses eligible for reimbursement must directly relate to the employee’s position within the company.

As an RCM full-time employee, you may take advantage of the EAP Program administered by EAP Consultants. Employees have a free resource available 24/7 to access for any wide variety of personal problem(s).

Holidays
The Company observes the following holidays in which the administrative offices are closed.

- Christmas Day
For an employee to be compensated for a holiday, the employee must be on paid status the day before, the day of, and the day after the scheduled holiday. Holiday time may not be exchanged for cash payment.
Bereavement Leave
Employees may use accrued but unused vacation, or accrued but unused sick leave (upon approval) in order to attend to personal matters related to a death. If an employee does not have unused vacation/sick hours, then the employee will have time off without pay.
Jury Duty Leave
If requested in advance and all paper work is submitted, the Company shall compensate such leave for a period not to exceed three (3) weeks in the amount, which the employee’s normal compensation would exceed the amount received for such jury duty.
Military Leave
The Company shall comply with the provisions of the Veterans Reemployment Rights Act. The employee needs to submit their active duty papers as soon as possible. Full-time employees shall be eligible for up to ten (10) days per year of paid military leave. Eligible employees shall be compensated for such leave in the amount which their normal compensation exceeds their military compensation.
